Makes a great coffee pot. Ended up getting a kettle from Aldi for about $12. Our kitchen is very small and we don’t have enough storage space. It already has a toaster oven and microwave, so I didn’t want to clutter up the kitchen any more.
Anything in the kitchen drives me crazy!!! It’s like having a vase. Easy to store and not too expensive. So it fits easily in your closet. I don’t understand the point of having so many electronic devices. It’s kind of nice to do it yourself. Pour slowly to get all the flavor of the ground beans.

I have been using Keurig for many years but was worried about the water left in the machine and wanted something more modern. You can enjoy more delicious coffee. The included filter is made of stainless steel and works very well. I didn’t want to mess around with paper filters. I removed the neck seal before washing for the first time. I don’t want to get this sleeve dirty or remove it too often, so I mainly rinse the carafe and occasionally use soap for a more thorough cleaning. Be careful not to drop it. - All reviews were spot on. Easy to clean. Keeps your coffee hot even for the second cup, which can take 2-3 hours. I haven’t tried the 12 hour test yet, but I am very happy with this brewer. What was a little disappointing was that the color was “red”, a purple color. There are red highlight decorations in the kitchen and LR.I ordered black thinking it was dark purple. Otherwise very happy with this product and the bottom line, it keeps the coffee hot and is a good cup of joe.
- The coffee maker uses standard Guevaria ground coffee. Not very coarsely ground. However, stainless steel strainers keep coffee grounds away from your coffee. Washing it apart is also a perfect technique. It’s okay if it’s a little too expensive. Simply use the glass attachment and pour to the correct height to cover the cap. I watched some YouTube videos before/during my first use. The coffee is mellow and full-bodied. He had a French press that he had used for years, but now that he was running that course, he needed a replacement. I tried the Dripper instead of another French Press after comparing the two reviews. When I compared the same coffee grounds with an old-fashioned press and a dripper, the results were completely different. Disclaimer, my press was a very old cheap press.
