I purchased this gem in June to help with my coffee addiction. We all know that buying coffee every day can get expensive. So I started making mizudashi at home. I got Lavazza’s fine ground Italian espresso (yes! I know this is the wrong type of coffee, but it worked). There was a lot of ice cream in one mug with 12 oz cold brew (overnight or maybe a day), 2 tsp Torani Classic Caramel Syrup and 1 1/2 tsp Sweet Cream Coffee Creamer! This cold brew maker is so easy to clean, just add coffee and filtered water to brew a new batch. This allowed me to stop spending money on my daily iced latte and cold brew and wake up in the morning and enjoy my cold brew when I liked it best. I purchased this product after reading detailed reviews and I am very happy with it. I was looking for a way to reduce the bitterness of my cold brew. And while this isn’t a panacea for this problem (my cold brew is still a bit bitter even with the filter), I love to make cold brew easily and simply because of its features this I love the product. I was tired of using cheesecloth in my mason jars.

That’s the answer! Put the grist in, put the lid (with holes) on it, pour water over it (water gently drips onto the grist) and place the carafe underneath. Brew as much as you like and press the button in the morning to drain the concentrate from the carafe. It takes 5-10 minutes to drain everything. When you’re done, you can take the pitcher and pour the coffee grounds into the garden. It’s super easy to use, easy to clean, and the best purchase you’ll ever make. I strongly recommend it. The decanter is glass, but not as delicate as reported. I think you’ll be fine as long as you’re careful.

I actually bought two of these so one is “brewed” in the fridge but the other is already “brewed” and has been “brewed” in the fridge for at least 24 hours (number Days are fine and richer).The most important factor in cold brew is keeping the temperature low throughout the process to minimize oxidation.Most people grind too coarse and weak. A finer grind is best, and the amount of coffee grounds he doubles.

Overall, I give it A++. I was afraid to order because there were many complaints about the fragile glass, but the glassware is not as fragile as people think! It didn’t break as claimed in the post. I also compared it to a mug I bought at IKEA and it was on par. It also has a rubber holder, which you will probably keep on. It fits on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator and is very easy to clean. I will look for other oval products as well. It was really good to come across this product. The manufacturer looks very classy and chic. I would definitely buy it again or give it to someone who likes cold brew.I can’t wait to drink my coffee when it’s ready! 😅

I love this cold brewer. I follow a refined sugar-free diet, so I don’t have regular coffee creamer. Switched to cold brew coffee. Anyway, I’ve used a fair amount of cold brewers and this one not only looks beautiful in my fridge, it’s easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee. not), you can use whole beans and grind them to do all 9 if you want… But this brewer works well with already ground beans. Let stand/brew overnight (about 12 hours or so). 24 hours was unimaginable. It’s literally the kerosene you’re drinking. Fill his 1/4 of the cup with cold brew and the rest with ice, sugar-free creamer + 1 scoop of collagen. Delicious!
